Sales and Membership Manager - Chelsea Up to £45K plus 20% annual bonus Chelsea
We are looking for an exceptionally strong and dynamic individual with a proven track record managing a membership sales team to take on the responsibility for the recruitment of new members to London’s finest health, fitness and tennis clubs in Chelsea and Notting Hill. As sales and membership manager you will be responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies and effective management of a team of 6 Membership Sales Executives working to strict daily key performance indicators. You will be networking and proactively approaching both the corporate and residential markets as well as developing partnerships with long standing sponsors and commercial and educational establishments in the club's catchments areas. This is a hands-on role so the individual must have a natural flair for sales, be charismatic and customer focused while being able to ‘think outside the box’ in terms of sales and marketing strategy. We are ideally looking for both B to B and B to C sales experience ideally with experience selling a premium product to high net worth individuals.
