Sales & Membership Manager -Scotland Competitive +50% annual bonus potential + benefits Scotland As Sales and Membership Manager Your remit is to ensure that you maximise value for money for members, grow sales, drive retention and reduce attrition through the key tasks of selling membership and selling participation. You will manage, mentor and develop the sales and retention team, ensure brand standards are delivered, and contribute to the successful running of whole club. You will also be a key-holder and will manage the club in the General Managers absence. We are looking for a highly experienced manager for this post from within or outside the industry. The key is that you will have managed a large team or teams within a process driven sales environment where excellent customer service is paramount to the business’ success. You will be an inspirational leader, have a flair for sales, and possess drive and determination in abundance David Lloyd Leisure is the leading racquets, health & fitness club group in the UK with 62 clubs across the country, over 350,000 members and over 5000 team members.
