30-35K basic plus 7K OTE

With 76 of the finest health and racquets clubs throughout the UK we are always keen to hear from high quality individuals who can make a positive impact in the pivotal role of sales and membership manager within our clubs. With the finest facilities in the market you will typically already have a membership base of between 5 and 8000 members and your job will be to ensure that you consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets whilst ensuring that attrition rates are minimised to achieve the corporate target of consistent net gain in memberships throughout the year.

We will consider candidates from any proactive sales environment but what is a prerequisite is outstanding leadership skills, an ability to lead from the front and to coach and mentor your team of 3-4 membership consultants to achieve their daily, weekly and monthly key performance indicators. Our clubs have unrivalled facilities and as the market leader it is also so important that you will relish the working environment and have fun, so an interest and passion for sport and fitness will stand you in great stead and if you play tennis or want to learn then the courts are on your doorstep with some of the best racquets coaches in the business.

If you have a minimum of 2 years experience in a Sales Management environment or are an existing business or club manager who wants to work for the most successful company in the business then we would be delighted to hear from you.
