Purpose of role

Fun, can-do team players wanted to help keep Club V members safe and happy.

Childcare experience is essential, children’s coaches are welcome too.

Most importantly you need to have the ability to stay calm when all around is bedlam! Shifts include evenings and weekends

Must have:

NVQ Level 2 in childcare or equivalent (due to Ofsted regulations)

Experience of working within a child sporting / play environment.

Must have strong interpersonal abilities and be approachable to members and their children.

Desirable:

A good understanding of innovative concepts in children’s activities.

Will ideally have 1 year’s experience of working in a childcare facility.
Any sports coaching experience.

Part-time 18 hours per week

This position will require the applicant undertaking / having undertaken recently a Disclosure check by the Criminal Records Bureau.
