Purpose of role

To act as an ambassador for Virgin Active and to promote, organise and arrange new memberships and manage existing memberships.

To therefore be responsible both for maintaining and increasing the overall satisfaction for all Virgin Active members.

We want people who will listen to our customers and then offer them the best solution according to their needs.

The Sales Consultant will be responsible for achieving pre-determined sales targets on a monthly basis.

You must be well organised under pressure, show loads of initiative, be armed to the teeth with motivation and get on supremely well with people from all walks of life. Whilst sales experience is not a pre-requisite, you’ll feel comfortable working to high sales targets.
