We are interested to speak to General Managers, Sales Managers, Food and Beverage Managers, Conference and Banqueting Managers (Operations and Sales), Chefs and Golf Pros who believe they possess the requisite skills and experience to help deliver strategy and add value to these operators who are at the forefront of the sector. The key skills that our clients require when looking for candidates for this industry are a proactive sales approach, good commercial acumen, a proven track record in motivating and developing staff, outstanding customer service and a genuine interest for the game. Specific roles will require a more detailed understanding of a particular area, but if you work in a similar commercial leisure operator, where KPI's and driving various revenue streams are part of your role, then we need to talk to you.
