ActivKids is an organisation committed to delivering fun-based, energetic fitness programmes for children.  Our programmes are curriculum-linked and primarily aimed at KS1 and KS2 children. In addition, we offer programmes for Pre-school children, KS3 and KS4 children, as well as the whole family! 

ActivKids has recently joined with ZIGZAG and are also putting programmes together for the fantastic Sportswall system and Xerdance dance mats.

ActivKids strongly believe in delivering classes to the highest standard and insist on only recruiting coaches and Leaders who match these standards.  We are looking for coaches in specific areas of the UK who can deliver classes for existing ActivKids Leaders, or for experienced entrepreneurial coaches to join our team who wish to run their own business as an ActivKids Leader

Anyone who wishes to be involved with coaching for ActivKids must achieve a minimum standard, which includes:

• A minimum of one years’ experience teaching or coaching KS1 and KS2 children coupled with a minimum of a level 2 or equivalent teaching or coaching qualification received in the last 5 years.   
• To be able to provide ActivKids with a minimum of two references from a school, school sports partnership, or county sport partnership, coupled with an enhanced CRB check within the last 3 months.   
• To be able to demonstrate exceptional child management skills and an ability to communicate with children of all levels and their parents. 
• To demonstrate the commitment and drive to succeed in promoting and delivering our programmes from a high personal standard as well as commitment to working as part of our team.

ActivKids training
