You'll be making sure that the kitchens, equipment and back of house areas are kept thoroughly clean. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all kitchen equipment is properly stored and that all areas are disinfected properly. You'll make sure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to.

The role is Full-time working 5 days out of 7, which will include working evenings and weekends. In addition we offer excellent benefits, which include uniform, meals whilst on duty, complimentary use of the Leisure Club and discounted accommodation and food & beverage rates whilst staying at our other hotels within the group. We also offer a contributory pension scheme, which is open to all permanent employees over 18. (Applicable after 6 months employment). Live-in Accommodation is Not available for this position.
