The hotel is situated just outside the city and its 27 conference rooms can hold up to 320 guests. The team in this modern property have passion and drive to offer exceptional quality and service. As Senior Sous Chef you'll be responsible for the team in the absence of the Executive chef, coaching/training the junior members of the team. Stock rotation and storage organisation must be one of your priorities. You'll also be in charge of health, hygiene and safety responsibilities. To apply you'll need..
