Position: Sous Chef - Barceló Blackpool Imperial Hotel, Northern England
Location: Blackpool - Merseyside - North West - United Kingdom

How about working in Blackpools most famous hotel? The Victorian Barceló Imperial has 181 bedrooms, four star rating and is situated on the seafront of this famous town. This bustling hotel has 12 conference rooms which hold up to 900 guests. It is a traditional hotel, but the team have a modern approach and are dedicated to providing outstanding service.

You'll be responsible for the team in the absence of the executive chef, coaching and training the more junior members of the team. Stock rotation and storage organisation must be one of your main priorities.You'll also be in charge of health, hygiene and safety responsibilities.

To apply you'll need...

Good organisational and communication skills Must have 1 or 2 AA Rosette background plus fine dining and banqueting experience Passion, flair and imagination Eye for detail and the ability to work under pressure Must have four star experience of banqueting 250 covers plus To be eligible to live and work in the UK
