Our brand new site in Loughton is opening soon and we are currently looking for a talented, multi skilled manager to help open and manage the site.

The role will involve:

§         Sales management (both corporate and individual of personal training)

§         Site revenue generation through secondary retail sales

§         Operations

§         Site management and health & safety

§         Team management and people development and motivation

§         Hands on Personal instruction and training on the power plates

§         Marketing, PR & Promotions

You will have strong leadership skills, and infectious personality and the real drive and business acumen to help set up a brand new site and build revenue streams.  This will be through our unique offering of health and wellness through sales of personal training, power plates and retail (clothing and health & beauty products).  You must be able to demonstrate sales ability and the background that has built and developed teams of trainers with the highest care and attention.

We are a fast moving and growing health and well being organisation in association with BUPA.  Loughton is our tenth offering in the UK with two other sites in Hong Kong and one in China.  However the company is looking to expand and this is a great time to join us as we move into 2009 looking at a number of new sites through standalone boutiques, also within concessions and corporate environments.
