Role Overview

The Brand Manager role encompasses the complete mix of brand marketing skills to maximise sales performance and develop awareness of the ESPA brand. 

Role Responsibilities

• Create and deliver an effective category marketing plan
• Develop, execute and drive marketing activities throughout the plan 
• Develop and co-ordinate working relationships with external agencies and suppliers
• Ensure continuous monitoring and assessment of revenue by category
• Liaise directly with other sectors of marketing team to ensure brand synergies
• Utilise strong team leadership skills to motivate and support direct reports

Role Requirements

• Experience at ABM/BM level essential
• Ideally experience within Health & Beauty or other similar luxury sectors an advantage
• Previous experience of promotions B2B and B2C is essential
• Previous experience throughout the full marketing mix
• Ability to work both autonomously and as an effective team member
• Strong project management and problem solving skills
• Creative flair and attention to detail is important
• Educated to degree level or equivalent, Marketing (CIM)
• Genuine interest and passion for marketing and skincare
