As a key member of the Training Team you will be responsible for the training of ESPA treatments, products, philosophy and our 5 star standards around the world.  This role involves extensive international travel and periods away from home.  ESPA offers a truly inspirational working environment with the opportunity to develop and play a key role in our successful high profile award winning business.

Role Overview

You will be the guardian of the integrity of ESPA treatments and products to ensure that a pure and accurate message is communicated at all times.  You will deliver exceptional training on ESPA products, treatments and Retail Therapy at any of our accounts worldwide. 

Role Responsibilities

• As an ambassador of the ESPA brand you will maintain exceptional treatment and training standards ensuring the brand is represented and facilitated by all accounts worldwide. 
• You must keep updated on any new ESPA techniques or changes to procedures and ensure consistent communication when delivering training.
• You will have the ability to communicate at all business levels and be able to adopt varied teaching techniques to accommodate different learning styles. 
• By keeping updated with industry developments you will be able to assist with the continual development of ESPA treatments and training.
• You will be responsible for writing accurate evaluation reports for all therapists upon completion of their course.

Requirements

• You will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy (Face and Body) as well as a recognised qualification in Aromatherapy.
• You will have a genuine interest of Holistic Therapies including Hot Stones, Chakra’s and Crystals.
• Ideally, you will have worked in a 5 star spa environment as a Head Therapist, Trainer or Spa Manager.
• Be confident in training and communicating to teams who are multi-lingual
