If you are passionate about kids with the commercial experience of driving activity/sports participation within a leisure/sports/activity centre then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Working for a leading leisure operator this a new role created to capitalise on the increasing popularity of kids activities including parties, sports and holiday programmes.

The post holders remit is to maximise attendance and increase revenue across a region of centres, to inspire and influence the management team running the activities, ensuring best practice, and supporting the group programming manager in the continued development of the products and services available.

To be considered for the post you will have gained at least two years management experience of overseeing kids programmes in a commercially and service driven environment.  You will have a working understanding of the operational challenges involved with such programmes and can demonstrate commercial success
