SRG are exclusively recruiting for a Centre Manager for this dry multi purpose, new build, community leisure centre based near Coventry. Ideally you will have at least 2 years management experience within a leisure centre or health club environment. This is a new build facility and you will be responsible for implementing procedures, managing a small team of part time staff and volunteers and overall management of the site.

As centre manager you will be directly responsible for all areas of the business including financial reporting, training, building and maintaining relationships with the local community & community groups, marketing the facility and health & safety. You will be a good communicator, have experience of managing people and most importantly have a passion to see a community working together. This is a fantastic role and will be very rewarding for the right candidate.

The salary for this role is £20k based on a 37.5 hr week.
