We are looking for an experienced leisure professional with significant wet side operational or duty management experience to head up a very busy pools and activity centre at a hugely successful holiday park who welcome thousands of guests each week to their quality destinations.

We are looking for candidates who will assume full responsibility for the sports and leisure offering within the parks which include a busy wet side operation with indoor and outdoor pools, slides and rides, a wide range of activities including archery, fencing, football, kwik cricket, the hire of mountain bikes, golf lessons, horse riding and other associated leisure activities.

You will be tasked with managing and directing a large team of sports coaches, lifeguards, recreation attendants and swimming teachers and have budgetary responsibility for both income and expenditure and take responsibility for rotas, shifts and programming. A key part of this role will be the development of the commercial side of the business and we are looking for candidates with entrepreneurial flair and a keen eye for ensuring that revenues are maximised in the sports and leisure department.
