Marston’s Inns and Taverns is the managed pub division of Marston’s PLC. With over 550 pubs located throughout England and Wales we manage a diverse portfolio of businesses.  With a clear ambition to expand through both acquisitions and investment within our existing estate, we are looking for experienced Food Pub Managers to join our team.

We run a wide variety of food pubs, including branded formats such as Taverner’s Carvery and 2 for 1.  In addition we run unbranded formats, providing a more flexible approach to food.

Delivering exceptional standards in a food business and motivating your team to deliver great service will be your aspiration.  You will also understand the importance of leading and developing a great team, and be able to motivate them to achieve the best results.
