MARKETING MANAGER FOR TOP TMC!! LONDON!! The leading company is an exciting and ambitious Travel Management Company specialising in the business travel and other travel ancillaries for the not-for-profit sector. As the market leader in their field, their clients include charities, religious and public sector organisations, offering support to their customers for aid, development, medical relief, environmental help or education. As a Marketing Manager you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: *Being responsible for maximising opportunities for business growth through marketing, and the development of the company communication plan *Driving, developing and implementing a marketing strategy which fully supports the business plan. *Managing marketing budgets *You will be in complete control of the web content management system ( CMS ) *Designing and implementing a robust and effective process for customer feedback to the sales and marketing function. *Responsible for all internal communications including monthly news letter *Providing new commercial opportunities *Complete responsibility for the online marketing strategy and the E-marketing plan Marketing Manager remuneration package: *Exceptionally High and Competitive salary *Discounted holidays & flights *Loyalty bonus *Pension scheme *Private medical care Marketing Manager skill attributes: *Previous experience working within a Business Travel environment *Educated to degree level or equivalent level or proven experience in Marketing *Proficiency and strong CMS experience *Understanding of CRM methodology to acquire, retain and grow the value of customers *Strong online skills across the board *Advanced IT skills especially MS word and excel *Experience in online marketing and managing campaigns * Sound knowledge of all media and promotional techniques and preferably with experience of lead generation through online marketing *High attention to detail is paramount in this role *Excellent time management skills is also needed The environment is really friendly.
