Urdu, Hindi or Arabic Flight Reservations Consultant – Manchester This highly successful, flight consolidator urgently requires an experienced Flight Reservations Consultant to join their busy reservations team booking flights to Asia and the Middle East. It would be preferable that applicants are fluent in English and either Urdu, Hindi or Arabic. As an Urdu, Hindi or Arabic Flight Reservations Consultant you will undertake an array of tasks & responsibilities: * Compiling itineraries to match customers requests and preferences * Providing accurate and impartial information / advice on key destinations and products * Advising on flight availability and costs * Promoting the company and its products * Professional behaviour complying with the company's and ABTA's codes of conduct * Prompt, polite and professional answering of telephone calls * Administration relating to bookings * Achieving personal sales targets Urdu, Hindi or Arabic Flight Reservations Consultant remuneration package: * Basic salary to £14000 * Monthly commission up to £500 per month payable after probation period Urdu, Hindi or Arabic Flight Reservations Consultant skill attributes: * Excellent sales technique supported by evidence of previous performance * Previous travel industry experience preferably as an Flight Reservations Consultant * Fluent in Urdu, Hindi or Arabic * Strong PC skills * Confident and enthusiastic * Credibility when discussing travel options * Hard working and good team player For a fully confidential discussion on this Urdu, Hindi or Arabic Flight Reservations Consultant position, please email your up-to-date full CV to Jose.
