BUSINESS TRAVEL CONSULTANT Needed for a great company based in the heart of Glasgow My client, one of the most reputable in the industry requires experienced Business Travel Consultants to join their premier team. Business Travel Consultant Responsibilities * Arranging all international business travel and at times handling complex itineraries for business travel clients booking flights , hotels , car hire and other ancillaries * Servicing an array of premier blue chip accounts varying in size and sector * Ensure telephone enquiries are dealt with in a helpful and precise manner ascertaining requirements. * Adopt a courteous and helpful manner at all times in order to ascertain client needs * Offer travel solutions based on clients requirements * Tailor itineraries to meet specific client's requests. Business Travel Consultant Knowledge and Skills Required * Previous experience working within a corporate ( Business Travel ) environment * Exceptional telephone manner * Experience in handling medium to large sized complex blue chip accounts * Strong geographical knowledge * Proficiency on a major CRS system * Be able to work well under pressure and handle demanding accounts Business Travel Consultant Remuneration and Benefits * Up to £20K * 22 days all public and bank holidays ( allowance increases after 3 years to 1 day per year up to max of 25 days ) * Ongoing Training scheme * Friendly & professional working environment For a fully confidential discussion on this Business Travel Consultant job, please contact Chris in the Business Travel Team on 020 7923 6446 PLEASE NOTE!
