We take highly motivated people with little or no leisure industry experience through basic, intermediate and advanced training, all the way to the becoming an elite professional in Britain’s top health clubs, hotels and cruise ships.

Through our fully accredited intensive training courses, our Trainee Professionals become highly qualified in all areas specifically required by our blue chip corporate partners. This means all our Trainee Professionals enter the industry with the right qualifications required to maximise earning potential; both for themselves and our corporate partners. During training we also insist that all Trainee’s complete a comprehensive work experience programme.

Unlike other training providers candidates can not simply buy their way onto our programme, all candidates must first complete our tough assessment process. This ensures that only elite candidates achieve ‘TTR PT Accredited’ Status.
