To provide service to the required operation standards for all meal times in buffet and A la Carte restaurant styles To be approachable and friendly at all times to guests and maintain a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere in the restaurants To be proficient at all service styles, including wine service, tray and table service To maintain the highest levels of personal presentation and hygiene To be confident and capable to relate to all types of guests and in all situations To be able to meet sales and service targets To drive sales for food and beverage products whenever possible To develop positive working relationships within all the teams of the operation Demonstrate an excellent overall knowledge of Neilson products and pro-actively cross sell our holidays to all Neilson guests. To carry out other duties that help with the smooth running of overseas operations as directed by the line manager in resort |
