Actively participate in organising and running a fitness programme which is tailored to key areas of experience and qualifications.
 
Work individually to set up and pack up, and pro-actively provide assistance to all guests using, the equipment each day.

Ensure guests are advised on the effective and safe use of all equipment.

Take personal responsibility for the maintenance, repair and security of Neilson equipment and the satisfactory appearance of Neilson sites to ensure the meeting of brochure specifications and guest expectations.

To help organise and host social events, deliver briefings and generally interact with guests at all times.

Accept responsibility for the delivery of safe and effective transfers, including providing information about local points of interest, the resort and other Neilson Products, measured against key performance indicators.

Be prepared to move between different resorts according to operational needs and to fulfil your contracted end date.

Be flexible in your job role and willing to assist in all other duties within reason as requested by your manager.
